Job summary

RF360 Singapore Pte., Ltd. in Singapore seeks a logistics professional to develop and coordinate integrated logistics strategies, including supply chain management and handling domestic and international shipments.

You will coordinate routing and prepare trade documents for an assigned business unit, support daily operations, and liaise with freight carriers, service vendors, and internal groups.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of Logistics or related work experience.
• GCE O Level or above with at least 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse and shipping operation within mass manufacture environment.

Responsibilities

• Arrange with Customer service / Warehouse / Forwarder for daily shipping activities.
• On time preparation and ensues accuracy of shipment documentation, follow up with forwarder on logistics arrangement
• Filing of shipping document Freight bill verification / Report.
• Insurance claim and loss management Custom and Export compliance
• Ensure better cost effectiveness, e.g. analyse the freight cost and quotation.
