Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an OCT CPEE SEAL Engineer/Senior Engineer to lead Manufacturing Excellence initiatives globally, standardizing BKMs and driving WPD improvements across manufacturing sites.

You will partner with global stakeholders to identify gaps, deploy AI-enabled solutions, and scale AI-assisted workflows to improve engineering effectiveness and output. Ideal candidates hold a engineering degree with 5+ years of semiconductor experience, strong analytics, and experience in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical field with 5+ years semiconductor manufacturing experience.
Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving organizational alignment.
Knowledge of SEAL, Digital Manufacturing, and AI-enabled transformation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead development and deployment of global SEAL initiatives to standardize BKMs.
Drive wafer per day improvements and manufacturing availability across sites.
Identify performance gaps and execute improvement roadmaps with stakeholders.
Develop AI-enabled engineering solutions to simplify workflows and improve decisions.
Scale AI-assisted workflows for monitoring and productivity tracking.
