Responsibilities

• Develop and drive long-term manufacturing and equipment capability roadmaps for future tech needs and capacity.
• Partner with strategic suppliers to define next-gen hardware, software, automation, and process improvements.
• Translate Micron manufacturing challenges into supplier development priorities and technology roadmaps.
• Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers to accelerate innovative solutions that improve productivity, reliability, sustainability, and cost of ownership.
• Evaluate emerging manufacturing technologies and assess their applicability to future Micron manufacturing needs.
• Leverage AI, ML, analytics, and digital manufacturing solutions to identify optimization opportunities and speed root-cause analysis.
• Use AI-enabled productivity tools and data platforms to improve engineering efficiency and operational performance.
• Partner with manufacturing, automation, and data science teams to deploy AI-driven solutions that improve reliability, throughput, cost, and competitiveness.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled ways of working to support continuous improvement across the engineering organization.
