Job summary

Dyson is seeking a seasoned SAP IBP Leader to define and govern global IBP strategy. You will own the roadmap, drive transformation programs, and ensure data integrity across Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP/IBP and Analytics.

You will lead a cross-functional team of functional experts, analysts, and system specialists, partner with IT, business planning, and executive leadership, and foster a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
• 10+ years in supply chain planning or SAP IBP.
• 5+ years leadership in CoE or transformation teams.
• Experience delivering SAP IBP implementations.
• Experience in global/matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern global SAP IBP strategy and roadmap.
• Lead governance for enhancements, change requests, and release management.
• Drive end-to-end planning improvements across DP, SP, IO, S&OP/IBP, and Analytics.
• Develop training and capability-building programs for teams.
• Lead a team of SAP IBP experts and drive data quality initiatives.
