Job summary

Dyson is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the SAP IBP Center of Excellence, shaping global planning capability and standards. You will oversee governance, roadmap, and performance of the IBP platform across Demand, Supply, Inventory, S&OP, and Analytics.

You will partner with business, IT, and external partners, manage change, ensure data integrity, mentor a team of experts, and drive adoption of new IBP capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• 10+ years in Supply Chain Planning, SAP IBP, Planning Transformation, or Enterprise Systems.
• 5+ years in leadership managing planning systems, CoE functions, or transformation teams.
• Proven experience delivering SAP IBP implementations and large-scale planning transformations.
• Experience in global and matrix organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction, governance, and continuous enhancement of the SAP IBP platform globally.
• Bridge between business planning, IT, and external partners to support objectives.
• Drive system optimization, roadmap development, and transformation initiatives.
• Define and maintain the SAP IBP product roadmap.
• Establish governance for enhancements, change requests, prioritization, and release management.
• Lead data governance, master data design, integrations, and analytics.
• Develop training and capability-building programs.
• Build a high-performing CoE culture and lead a team of specialists.
