Job summary

ABeam Consulting in Singapore seeks an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to drive end-to-end data migration for a large SAP rollout to the USA. You will define strategy, ensure data quality, and manage activities across multiple locations.

The role requires collaboration with business users, functional and technical teams, and offshore delivery centers, with emphasis on governance, cutover, and go-live support.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP experience, including 5+ years leading SAP data migration workstreams.
• Experience in at least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or global rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA data migration, SAP Migration Cockpit, and SAP Data Services.
• Experience migrating master data, transactional data, and open items across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute overall data migration strategy and governance.
• Lead all SAP data migration lifecycle phases: assessment, cleansing, extraction, transformation, validation, cutover.
• Develop and maintain migration plans, trackers, risk registers, and status reports.
• Lead workshops with business stakeholders and coordinate with offshore teams.
