Job summary

DHL Express Singapore invites applications for a Sales Analyst who will extract, manage and analyze large data sets from internal and external sources to support reporting, forecasting and planning. You will work on projects related to product, services and surcharges in a dynamic, global setting.

Role involves collaborating with operations, sales, marketing, finance and IT to drive revenue growth, optimize pricing, and deliver actionable insights through BI dashboards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in analytics, consulting, business planning, product/project management.
• Strong command and track record on managing BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI) and data‑base design, data mining and segmentation.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Access, PowerBI).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant information with accuracy.
• Projection and forecasting skills; strong communication and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales performance by industry, product, and lane to identify trends and opportunities.
• Conduct planning and forecasting with data-driven insights and predictive models.
• Develop and maintain detailed commercial reports at product and lane level; optimize pricing and targeting.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, marketing, finance and IT to align product offerings and delivery.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve sales performance and efficiency.
