Dow Jones Risk & Compliance in Singapore is seeking a detail-focused research analyst to join our team. You will develop and update profiles for countries and entities by monitoring public sources and ensuring data accuracy in our compliance databases.

You will analyze regulatory changes, draft due diligence reports, and assist with translation tasks for internal B2B activities, collaborating with a multilingual team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Farsi.
• 0–2 years of experience in research, data analysis, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Python, HTML, advanced Excel, Macros/VBA, and SQL.
• Strong research, analytical and writing abilities.
• Proven proofreading skills and ability to handle large data volumes.
• Good decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Independent and reliable with ability to work autonomously.
• Ability to work well in diverse teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Create and update risk & compliance profiles by monitoring public sources.
• Research and extract data following coverage guidelines for accuracy and completeness.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and automate repetitive tasks.
• Maintain and monitor automated data workflows.
• Track changes in AML regulations and respond to client questions in writing.
• Prepare due diligence reports and assist with other projects.
• Support translation needs for the Dow Jones B2B business when required.
