Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company seeks a Global RGM Product Manager, Transformation, to own adoption of the Global RGM suite and shape market requirements. This Senior Director-level role drives product-led decision making across 200+ countries and bottlers, overseeing discovery, pilot design, launch, and continuous improvement.

You will write user stories, manage the backlog, and partner with engineers, data science, UX, and business teams to ensure credible, scalable decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the transformation roadmap for markets to adopt product-led RGM decisions.
• Write requirements and acceptance criteria for adoption-critical capabilities.
• Lead change programs per market including adoption planning and capability building.
• Track adoption metrics and report on market-level value delivered.
• Prioritize backlog against commercial value and validate fixes with users.
