Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company, Singapore, seeks a Senior Manager to lead the development, engineering, and global standardization of warehouse automation platforms.

You will establish design principles, specifications, and architectures for AMRs, AS/RS, AGVs, and goods-to-person systems, collaborating with plants, suppliers, and integrators to enable safe, scalable automation across greenfield and brownfield facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in warehouse automation engineering or operations.
• Experience with AMR/AS/RS/AGV or related systems.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern the global catalog of warehouse equipment platforms and reference configurations.
• Develop and maintain technical standards, design guidelines, and equipment specifications.
• Define platform requirements for safety, throughput, capacity, availability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Translate operational demand into fit-for-purpose equipment concepts.
• Support greenfield projects from concept to commissioning and handover.
• Support brownfield modernization strategies with infrastructure and migration risk considerations.
• Collaborate with manufacturers, system integrators, and engineers through evaluation and reviews.
• Develop reusable engineering tools, templates, test protocols, and governance processes.
• Monitor technology and supplier developments; manage obsolescence and continuous improvement.
