Job summary

Digital Realty Trust, L.P. is seeking a motivated accounting professional to support an SGX-listed REIT and SPVs, delivering hands-on financial reporting and regulatory compliance. You will interact with Trustees, auditors and overseas finance teams to ensure timely, accurate results.

The role offers growth into budgeting, forecasting and committee-level reporting, with exposure to tax, GST and statutory filings and strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare full set of accounts for SGX-listed REIT and SPV entities.
• Manage day-to-day accounting, journal entries, payments, month-end close, and variance analysis.
• Support regulatory filings to SGX, MAS and IRAS.
• Liaise with overseas finance teams and external auditors and tax agents.
• Ensure compliance with SGX, MAS and group policies; maintain internal controls.
• Assist with pre- and post-acquisition processes and consolidation.
• Participate in system implementation and other ad hoc finance initiatives.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and Audit and Risk Committee reporting over time.
