Job summary

Digital Reality Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated accounting professional to join our finance team supporting a SGX-listed REIT and its SPVs. You will handle full financial reporting, month-end close, and regulatory filings, coordinating with Trustees, auditors, and cross-border teams.

We value meticulous attention to detail, IFRS expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A Big Four background is welcomed and experience with Yardi is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent; 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience; Big Four candidates welcomed.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS.
• Delivery under pressure with multiple priorities; proactive and detail-oriented.
• Team player with collaboration across functions and geographies.
• Experience with Yardi system; REIT/real estate accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Financial reporting: prepare the full set of accounts for the SGX-listed REIT and its non-listed SPV entities, and support periodic and ad hoc financial reporting.
• Finance operations: manage day-to-day accounting—journal entries, payments, month-end close, and variance analysis—and assist with group consolidation.
• Regulatory submissions: prepare and support corporate tax, GST and other filings to SGX, MAS and IRAS.
• Stakeholder management: liaise with overseas finance teams and external parties including the Trustee, auditors, tax agents and the unit registrar.
• Controls & compliance: ensure compliance with SGX, MAS, corporate and statutory requirements, maintain strong internal controls.
• Transactions: assist with pre- and post-acquisition processes, including tax structuring and consolidations.
• Projects: participate in system implementation and other ad hoc finance initiatives.
• Growth scope: may extend to budgeting/forecasting and Audit and Risk Committee reporting over time.

Your Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented accounting professional to join our finance team supporting an SGX-listed Real Estate Investment Trust(“the REIT”) and its Special Purpose Vehicles(“SPVs”). Reporting into the finance leadership team, you will play a hands-on role across financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and the day-to-day accounting that underpins a listed trust and its cross-border property portfolio.

This is a broad, high-exposure role that offers direct interaction with Trustees, auditors, tax agents and overseas finance teams (U.S. / EMEA), and a clear runway to grow into budgeting, forecasting and committee-level reporting.

What You'll Do

• Financial reporting: prepare the full set of accounts for the SGX-listed REIT and its non-listed SPV entities, and support periodic and ad hoc financial reporting.




• Finance operations: manage day-to-day accounting — journal entries, payments, month-end close, and variance analysis — and assist with group consolidation.

What You Will Bring

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience, or Big Four candidates at the associate or senior level looking to join the commercial sector are welcomed to apply.
