Job summary

Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations, Inc. is seeking a Red Team Program Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of physical red team exercises for clients worldwide. You will ensure alignment with client objectives and security protocols, while maintaining robust client relationships.

The role is fully remote with periodic travel to client sites, requiring coordination with diverse teams and clear, high-quality reporting to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 5–7 years in red team program management or leading physical penetration testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of red team exercises globally.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including field operatives and analysts, to ensure exercises align with client objectives and security protocols.
• Develop detailed exercise plans, scenarios, and after-action reports with vulnerabilities and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage program documentation, including SLAs, risk assessments, and compliance records, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
• Adhere to KPIs such as staffing readiness, timely submission of reports, and proactive issue resolution.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide status updates, and address service-related concerns to maintain strong client relationships.
• Oversee expense tracking and resource allocation to support efficient program operations.
• Drive continuous improvement by analyzing exercise outcomes and incorporating lessons learned into future operations.
