Job summary

Pinkerton is seeking a Red Team Program Manager to oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of physical red team exercises globally, ensuring alignment with client objectives and security protocols. The role is fully remote with periodic travel to client sites.

You will develop detailed exercise plans and after-action reports, manage documentation and compliance, and coordinate with field operatives and analysts to maintain strong client relationships and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; 5–7 years in red team program management.
• Expertise in red team operations and physical security testing methodologies.
• Experience managing global or multi-site red teaming and risk assessment programs.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality reports and brief senior leadership.
• Strong leadership and coordination of distributed field teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient with PM tools and ensuring timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of red team exercises worldwide.
• Coordinate with field operatives and analysts to align with client objectives.
• Develop exercise plans, scenarios, and after-action reports identifying vulnerabilities.
• Manage program documentation, SLAs, risk assessments, and compliance records.
• Maintain stakeholder communications and drive client relationships.
• Oversee expense tracking and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement by applying lessons learned.
• All other duties, as assigned.
