Job summary

Sun Venture in Singapore offers a full-time internship for students pursuing a Real Estate-related degree. You will work with our real estate team on evaluating investments and asset management across Singapore, the UK, and Australia.

You will assist with market research, financial modelling, and investment analysis, and prepare internal reports and presentation materials to support decision-making. Ideal candidates are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Real Estate or related field.
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
Able to conduct financial modelling and analysis.
Knowledge of Real Estate markets and property cycles.
Familiarity with commercial, living and/or hospitality assets is an advantage.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Available for full-time internship Jan–May 2027.

Responsibilities

Support the real estate team in evaluating prospective real estate investments and managing assets across Singapore, the UK and Australia.
Assist with market research, financial modelling and investment analysis to assess potential opportunities.
Support asset performance reviews, including the analysis of operating results and budgets.
Assist with ongoing asset management initiatives and the preparation of internal reports and presentation materials.
