Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Global Quality Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs within the GQ Department. The role focuses on managing complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic direction, and delivering value to internal customers.

You will coordinate resources, analyze progress, and report status to leadership. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of PM experience, semiconductor exposure, and proficiency with Tableau, Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of meaningful experience as a Project Manager.
• DRAM Memory and/or Cloud Computing experience preferred.
• Working experience in Semiconductor Industry - Front-end or Back-end process.
• Effective oral and written communication with strong analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau or other data reporting, management, and visualization software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional programs and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant experience with Confluence, Jira, and SharePoint.

• Leading or supporting cross-functional initiatives in collaboration with peers and functional managers in a common direction on global initiatives and strategic projects.

• Communicating program status on a regular cadence to the supervisor, leadership team, and project teams in a succinct manner.

Global Quality Technical Program Manager

Are you an agent of change? As Technical Program Manager in the Global Quality [GQ] Department, we work with leadership teams to run projects and programs including communication and change management by handling programs that consist of multiple complex projects to achieve specific business goals and objectives while ensuring balance in the allocation of resources. You will assure accurate design and tracking of programs to predict results and outcomes critical to success! Analysis of program progress in terms of root cause analysis, risk, resources consumption, interdependencies, and gaps are also key functions of PM responsibilities.

You will be responsible for

• Ensuring that multiple projects are progressing towards GQ Strategic Direction.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Microelectronics, Mechanical Engineering, other Engineering disciplines. (required)
• Business Administration/Management, PMP certified. (desired)

• 5+ years of meaningful experience as a Project Manager.
