Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, PM, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, technology operations, program management, supplier engagement, cost management, or related environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives, drive alignment across stakeholders, and deliver outcomes through structured execution and follow-through.
  • Strong executive communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prepare leadership-ready materials and updates.
  • Demonstrated capability in cost savings, supplier engagement, scale and capacity programs, business operations, program governance, or people programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional programs delivering cost savings and productivity improvements.
  • Establish governance for savings opportunities, milestones, ownership, risks, dependencies, and closure plans to ensure leadership visibility.
  • Translate strategic priorities into executable workplans, measurable deliverables, and timely decisions across technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
  • Coordinate strategic supplier engagement by preparing agendas and materials, tracking commitments, and ensuring follow-through across stakeholders.
  • Coordinate scale and capacity readiness programs by consolidating inputs, identifying gaps, aligning stakeholders, and escalating risks or decisions as required.
  • Prepare concise, leadership-ready updates on supplier engagement progress, capacity readiness, dependencies, risks, and decisions point.
  • Run and continuously improve the organization’s operating cadence, including staff meetings, monthly operating reviews, leadership forums, and other recurring business reviews.
  • Develop agendas, pre-reads, meeting minutes, action trackers, decision logs, and follow-up mechanisms to enable efficient execution and clear accountability.
  • Strengthen organizational communication by consolidating inputs, clarifying priorities, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring critical information flows.
  • Design, coordinate, and sustain people-focused programs that enhance capability, engagement, collaboration, and organizational cohesion.
  • Manage initiatives such as brownbag forums, upskilling efforts, recognition activities, talent development discussions, and TLP progression support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness, standard work, knowledge sharing, and employee experience across the organization.
  • Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Programs, Cost Savings & Execution
    • Lead and enable cross‑functional programs that deliver measurable cost savings, productivity improvement, and priority business outcomes.

  • Organization Operations & Operating Rhythm
    • Run and continuously improve the organization’s operating cadence, including staff meetings, monthly operating reviews, leadership forums, and other recurring business reviews.

  • AI Responsibilities

    • Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI‑enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, Business Operations, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, technology operations, program management, supplier engagement, technical cost management, business operations, or a related environment.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives, drive alignment across stakeholders, and deliver outcomes through structured execution and follow‑through.
  • Strong executive communication, facilitation, organization, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prepare clear leadership‑ready materials and updates.
  • Demonstrated capability in one or more of the following areas: cost savings, supplier engagement, scale and capacity programs, business operations, program governance, or people programs.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of AT PDE, APACT, advanced packaging, HBM, manufacturing operations, supplier engagement, or related semiconductor business processes.
  • Experience establishing governance mechanisms, executive operating reviews, action management systems, dashboards, or leadership‑ready summaries.
  • Ability to apply digital productivity tools, analytics, automation, or AI‑assisted workflows to improve operating efficiency, execution quality, and decision support.
