AES GLOBAL HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Director of Global Quality Compliance to lead the Global QMS and drive governance across manufacturing sites, design centers, and operations. You will own the internal audit program and ensure timely closure of non-conformances.

You will partner with factory quality, design, and R&D teams to enforce standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485; IATF 16949 a plus), build metrics, and coach global leaders on compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• 12-15+ years in Quality Management in high tech manufacturing/electronics/hardware
• Deep expertise in QMS systems (ISO 9001; ISO 13485 or IATF 16949 a strong plus)
• Proven ability to drive compliance, enforcement, and closure of systemic quality issues
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication

Responsabilités

• Lead Global QMS and governance across sites and functions.
• Own Global Internal Quality Audit program with risk-based planning.
• Drive corrective action closure and CAPA tracking at site level.
• Ensure compliance of critical manufacturing processes and design controls.
• Coach leaders on compliance expectations and best practices.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards for executive visibility.
