Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Quality, Education, or related field.
• Experience in regulated life sciences with FDA/ICH familiarity preferred.
• Experience delivering Quality training in regulated settings (instructor-led, virtual, blended).

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality training aligned with enterprise strategy, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Coach associates, leaders, and SMEs to improve application of Quality processes.
• Onboard, upskill, remediate, and build broader capability in regulated processes.
• Develop and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure transfer to performance.
• Provide training on investigations, RCA, documentation quality, and deviations closure.
• Support training governance and readiness for audits and inspections.
• Identify training gaps and drive continuous improvement through data and feedback.
• Facilitate Kaizen and structured problem-solving activities.
