Job summary

BD in Singapore seeks a Technical Leader to lead auditor resources and ensure compliance with Regulatory and Quality requirements. The role also coaches engineers and SMEs to address non-conformances and drive CAPA effectiveness.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain GMP and ISO14001 standards while delivering quality improvements. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma in Engineering with strong statistical skills, product quality knowledge, and the ability to manage audits,

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering.
• Competency Assessment in accordance to work task assigned.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques.
• Product quality knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Write and update SOPs, SWIs, and OJT documentation.
• Conduct investigations and write root-cause reports; evaluate CAPA.
• Develop and execute a Skill Matrix and Training plan.
• Manage resources to meet production and project prioritizations.
• Coordinate with cross-departmental and external vendors; lead QA committees.
• Ensure lot traceability; maintain quality records and inspection forms.
