Job summary

Innowave Tech Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Project Manager to bridge our engineering teams and clients across Asia and Europe.

You will own end-to-end delivery for Computer Vision and Automation projects, turning client requirements into actionable plans. Based in Singapore or willing to relocate, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure clear communication in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

3+ years in project management within technology or AI/ML sectors.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin for client and team comms.
Strong sense of responsibility and ownership over deliverables.
Excellent planning and multi-project coordination capabilities.
Experience engaging with technical teams and senior clients.

Responsibilities

Own and drive end-to-end project delivery for CV and Automation client engagements.
Serve as primary client contact, managing expectations and escalations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across Singapore, Malaysia and China.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, risk registers, and status reports.
Translate client requirements into actionable specifications for engineering.
Facilitate communication between Chinese-speaking and English-speaking stakeholders.
Track budgets, resources, and milestones using PM methodologies.
Support pre-sales activities such as proposals and SOW drafting.
