Job summary

Hanwha Ocean EPU seeks a Project HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, environment, and emergency response for multi-site EPC projects. Initially based in office, then site deployment, you will ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and contract requirements while building HSE capability across the team.

You will lead HSE governance, manage risk, conduct incident investigations, train staff, and drive continuous improvement with site teams and stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HSE or related field.
• Extensive experience leading onsite and remote HSE teams.
• Proficient in creating, improving, and interpreting HSE systems and regulations.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and cross-functional communication skills.
• ISO 45001/14001 awareness and relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall HSE governance for major, multi-yard, high-risk projects.
• Own project HSE management plans, audits, risk registers, and permits.
• Interface with leadership, clients, authorities, and external bodies on critical issues.
• Direct contractor HSE performance management and governance reviews.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis for corrective actions.
• Establish KPI dashboards, analyze trends, and drive improvements across sites.
