Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybernetics, Control Engineering, Marine Technology, Electronics, Instrumentation, Computer Science, or related fields.
Diploma holders with at least 5 years of naval experience or 3 years in shipbuilding.
Excellent communications skills.
Knowledge of C/C++ programming is advantageous. EA License: 02C3423; EA Personnel: R22108699.

Responsibilities

Software commissioning on vessels worldwide.
Participate in installation and commissioning, including CAT.
Conduct dynamic positioning software system commissioning globally (approx. 120 travel days annually).
Software engineering in office; prepare for and participate in IAT and FAT.
Develop project documentation including design specifications and procedures.
Engage in technical meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Maintain excellent communication with headquarters and act as liaison between customers and engineering teams.
