Job summary

Tech Grid Asia Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an entry-to-mid level Process Engineer to document, optimize, and deploy factory processes. You will drive efficiency with automation and work across Singapore and overseas facilities on production systems for switchgear manufacturing.

Fresh graduates are welcome; training is provided. Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to travel overseas are required to support global operations.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of process engineering experience in manufacturing.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training will be provided.
• Ability to travel overseas as required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Document and define factory and production processes for consistency across the Group.
• Recommend and implement process improvements and automation to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Deploy production processes in Singapore and overseas facilities to maintain standards.
• Manage next-generation production systems for switchgear manufacturing and assembly.
• Audit and ensure compliance of factory and process engineering standards across the Group.
• Perform additional duties related to operations and process engineering as required.
