Qualifications

• Qualified accounting or finance professional (CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of experience in planning, commercial finance, or related roles.
• Experience leading planning, forecasting, modelling across global operations.
• Experience with valuation, DCF modelling and M&A integration is advantageous.
• Experience supporting investment analysis and long-range planning across regions.
• Strong ability to translate financial analysis into business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts and long‑range planning across international markets.
• Forecast cash flow and working capital to support liquidity and investments.
• Partner with leaders to understand growth drivers, investments, assumptions and risks.
• Develop scenario planning, modelling and sensitivity analysis for strategic decisions.
• Support investment evaluations and business case development.
• Assist due diligence, financial analysis and post‑acquisition integration.
• Deliver timely reports, dashboards and KPIs for senior leadership.
• Analyze variances against budget/forecast and provide clear insights.
• Strengthen planning governance and data integrity across regions.
• Utilize ERP/planning tools to streamline workflows and reporting.
