Within Dyson's Supply Chain Global Planning Department, the New Product Management (NPM) team plays a critical role in ensuring alignment between sales and operations for seamless execution of launch strategies, delivering to each market according to business plans. This role is accountable for developing and executing the end-to-end planning strategy for both mid- and long-term horizons across all business units.
The role is responsible for overseeing the demand collaboration and supply planning and capacity management, as well as inventory optimization, to ensure the Global Supply Chain functions smoothly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. Through these efforts, the Manager directly contributes to the overall success of the business.
The ideal candidate is an expert in strategic planning both in Demand and Supply and has a proven track record of optimising a production and distribution network end-to-end, coupled with strong leadership skills.
