  • Validate SKU readiness and system status in SAP IBP, and ensure proper upload and sign-off aligned with regional timelines.
  • Prepare baseline demand submissions and finalize forecasts for monthly leadership sign-off.

2. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply, Finance, Order Management, and Channel Management teams to understand drivers influencing forecast accuracy and inventory needs.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for demand planning related queries and adhoc requests across the region.

  • Support weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly meetings with market teams, distributors, and business leadership.

3. Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor forecast accuracy and identify performance gaps through root cause analysis; implement corrective actions as required.
  • Generate and maintain regular reports and dashboards, communicating key insights, KPIs, and performance trends to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Prepare and present forecast updates, risk summaries, constraints, and opportunities at monthly IBP/S&OP meetings and Demand Review Meetings (DRM).

4. Inventory Management & Replenishment
