ETONHOUSE INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Secondary School Pedagogue who will lead the evolution of the EtonHouse pedagogy across its international schools.

Reporting to the Group Head of Pedagogy, the role collaborates with the Pedagogy Team in Singapore and with school leaders to champion best practices in curriculum design, teaching, learning, and assessment. The successful candidate will mentor senior teachers, design professional learning, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Degree in Education or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in a pedagogical leadership role.
• Experience in secondary education with IPC/IMYC or Cambridge IGCSE/A Levels.
• Strong knowledge of subject-based learning in at least two subjects.
• Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
• Experience leading PD at scale across multiple campuses.

Responsibilities

• Champion curriculum innovation and alignment for inquiry-driven pedagogy.
• Plan and support written, taught and assessed curricula.
• Design professional learning opportunities and curriculum dialogue.
• Facilitate workshops and training for local and overseas schools.
• Mentor Senior Teachers and Curriculum Coordinators.
• Support reflective teaching and professional dialogue through modelling.
