Job summary

Charterhouse Partnership client seeks a Global Commodity Manager (PCB & Electrical) to drive global sourcing strategies and supplier relations in a high-volume manufacturing context in Singapore and beyond.

The role focuses on developing cost-efficient supplier networks, negotiating contracts, and aligning procurement with automation and robotics initiatives across regional and global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 7–10 years in end-to-end supply chain or engineering management.
• Experience in high-volume precision manufacturing.
• Strong procurement and supplier management experience.
• Excellent communication with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global sourcing strategies for PCB and related electrical components.
• Identify and qualify global suppliers for automation/robotics solutions.
• Lead supplier negotiations, contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Build long-term partnerships with automation integrators and manufacturers to support expansion.
• Lead cost benchmarking, should-cost analysis, and total cost of ownership evaluation.
