ByteDance, a global technology leader, is seeking a data analytics professional to own end-to-end analytics for its global payments ecosystem. You will work across engineering, data, and AI to design metrics, run experiments, and translate results into business insights that drive growth and operational efficiency.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, proficiency in SQL/Hive/Python/Spark, and a solid foundation in statistics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related quantitative disciplines.
• Hands-on proficiency in SQL, Hive, Python, Spark and other data analysis tools.
• Solid foundation in statistics and experimental design.
• Strong data-driven mindset with ability to derive actionable insights from data.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end analytics for global payments, including metrics system design and A/B test assessment.
• Lead deep-dive analytics initiatives and translate findings into actionable insights to drive growth and operational improvement.
