Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in business analysis, data analytics, operations analytics, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses and practical recommendations.
• SQL skills with large, multi-source datasets and building dashboards/reports in BI tools.
• Experience defining, monitoring and explaining operational KPIs and root-cause analysis of performance changes.
• Experience partnering with data engineering on data models, pipelines, validation, or issue resolution.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presenting findings to stakeholders with attention to detail under tight timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in quantitative field or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders and leadership to understand business needs and translate them into analyses.
• Define, benchmark, and track KPIs against goals and initiatives.
• Monitor operational metrics, identify anomalies, and surface risks and opportunities.
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses, deep dives, and planning support for decisions.
• Develop periodic business reviews and present findings to management and partners.
• Collect and analyze data from multiple sources using SQL and robust methods.
• Create and maintain metric definitions, validation, and reporting documentation.
• Build and maintain interactive dashboards and self-service analytics for stakeholders.
