Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to support supply coordination, performance and improvement initiatives across its international network. You will report to the functional head and collaborate with overseas sites, external partners and internal teams to maintain supply continuity, monitor inventory, and strengthen operational visibility.

The role focuses on coordinating material supply, tracking inventory, and developing KPI reports and dashboards to enable management

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Agriculture or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, commodities, resources, raw materials, trading or industrial environments.
• Experience in commodities or resources businesses is advantageous, especially in physical supply execution and inventory management.
• Experience working across multiple sites and international markets.
• Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance across operating sites and partners, following up on priorities, risks and improvement plans.
• Coordinate material supply, volumes and delivery timelines against manufacturing requirements.
• Track inventory and supply constraints, addressing shortages and reducing excess stock.
• Support commercial coordination and follow up on supply-related commitments.
• Consolidate operational data and prepare reports on performance, budgets, inventory and supply risks.
• Maintain operational records and develop KPI reports and dashboards for management decisions.
• Support business improvement and technical development projects, monitoring milestones, costs and outcomes.
• Work across internal functions to resolve operational issues and follow through on actions.
