Job summary

Gunvor Group is seeking an IT Network Engineer to join an international team responsible for evaluating, designing, planning, implementing and supporting global network solutions. You will contribute to optimizing IT infrastructure services and assist project teams during initiation and planning phases with technical strategy and rollout support.

Qualifications

• The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a network specialist at an international company.
• Solid knowledge of global corporate technologies, including network protocols, VPNs, security, and WAN optimization.
• Experience with switching, routing, firewall management, SSLVPN, and load balancing is required.
• Nice to have: Cisco VoIP, Cisco Nexus vPC, Microsoft Azure, SD-WAN.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the global network to ensure SLA adherence and issue resolution.
• Own specific ICT products, including evolution, design, and documentation.
• Diagnose and solve problems across Gunvor Networks Global and related technologies.
• Analyze performance and produce operations reports on the network infrastructure.
• Install new sites and manage projects implementing new technologies.
• Provide architectural input and improvements aligned with IT strategy.
• Support global deployment with after-hours work across time zones.
