Job summary

Celestica Singapore is seeking a pricing and costing professional to deliver competitive material pricing solutions, manage bids, and align with global teams. You will drive margin improvements through cross-functional collaboration across supply chain, engineering, finance and sales, supporting bids and pricing strategy in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1–3 years of pricing/ costing experience, strong data skills, and the ability to read technical drawings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering required or equivalent
• Costing and pricing experience in relevant market segments required
• Strong MS Office and data analysis skills required
• SCM experience with understanding of finance and pricing context preferred
• Able to read BTP drawings and understand related requirements
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Deliver competitive material pricing solutions to support growth and margins
• Manage multiple projects across 10+ support staff per project
• Collaborate with global units to determine pricing strategy
• Balance cycle-time, precision and scope with clients to deliver pricing strategy
• Project manage pricing solutions with cross-functional teams
• Prepare pricing for bids and manage pricing lifecycle including BOM and cost analysis
• Provide insights to support external negotiations
• Present proposed pricing solutions to stakeholders
• Conduct market research and teardowns for competitiveness
• Provide internal/external consulting on supply chain pricing
• Develop annual material margin build-up plan and align with stakeholders
• Report on commitment and performance metrics and drive margin expansion
