Job summary

1011 United Overseas Bank Ltd in Singapore seeks a Risk & Control specialist for Global Markets, Custody and Investment Operations and GWBGMO Center of Excellence. You will lead the Risk & Control framework and monitor BAU through KRCSA, KRI, MRA, IRF and BCM.

You will apply your subject matter expertise to provide independent oversight, conduct root-cause analyses, coordinate with auditors and regulators, and support regulatory engagements.

Qualifications

Degree holder in Banking, Finance or related field.
More than 4 years of experience in Banking & Finance industry.
Good knowledge of operational risk management and financial industry regulations.
Knowledge of Global Markets & Custody products and data management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Team player with excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the Risk & Control framework for Global Markets, Custody and Investment Operations.
Develop KRCSA, KRI, MRA, IRF, BCM and oversee BAU monitoring.
Provide independent oversight and credible challenge to operations risk activities.
Support audits, regulatory engagements, including coordination with management committees and auditors.
Oversee risk controls for overseas subsidiaries and use data analytics to identify emerging risks.
