Job summary
OCBC Group is seeking a Team Lead for SSA NextGen Solutions within the Global Markets BM SSA function. You will lead a small team of system specialists, drive technology innovation, and act as a bridge between Front Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, and vendors to shape future business and technology solutions.
You will guide platform upgrades, vendor integrations, cloud initiatives, and AI adoption programs while collaborating with core business and technology teams to define future-state
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in system solutions supporting front-office trading and risk management platforms within Global Markets or other departments in financial institutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of system specialists for innovation, business solutions, and technology enablement across Global Markets.
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies including Agentic AI and intelligent workflow automation.
- Identify and deliver opportunities to improve STP, operational efficiency, and workflow automation.
- Translate business requirements into technology solutions, aligning with architecture and governance.
- Support technology governance forums, risk committees, and cross-functional working groups.
