Job summary

OCBC Singapore is seeking a senior Team Lead for SSA NextGen Solutions within Global Markets BM. You will lead a small team of system specialists, drive technology innovation, and bridge Front Office, Operations, Risk, Finance, and external vendors to shape future business and tech solutions.

The role combines people leadership, platform expertise, governance, and strategic planning to advance Global Markets’ digital transformation and productivity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration, computer science, data science and system integration, or quantitative finance.
• 8-10 years' experience supporting front-office trading and risk management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of system specialists delivering innovation and technology enablement across Global Markets.
• Drive adoption of Agentic AI, intelligent workflows, and digital operating models across trade cycles.
• Identify and implement STP gains, efficiency, controls, and workflow automation.
• Provide functional SME for Murex, FiniQ, Numerix, MarkitWire, FIS, and related systems.
• Advance data quality, governance, and control initiatives to meet regulatory needs.
• Support SSA Head by participating in governance forums, risk committees, and audits.
• Lead strategic tech initiatives: upgrades, new modules, vendor integrations, AI, cloud.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Ops, Risk, Finance, Compliance, and Tech to set roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions, ensuring alignment with architecture.
