FINITI PARTNERS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Head of Market Risk to design, deploy, and oversee an enterprise market risk strategy across global trading desks.

You will partner with commercial leaders to embed risk-aware decision-making and ensure robust controls, reporting to executive leadership and the Board. The role requires extensive experience in derivatives, risk management, and leadership, with a track record of shaping risk policies across large trading operations.

Formación

• 10–15 years of hands-on market risk management in global agricultural commodities.
• Expertise in derivatives, futures, options, hedging, and risk dynamics.
• Degree in Finance, Financial Engineering, Economics, or related quantitative field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and enhancement of enterprise-wide market risk policies and controls.
• Identify, quantify, evaluate, and mitigate market risk across trading operations.
• Deliver regular risk insights and reporting to senior leadership and governance bodies.
• Embed risk-aware decision-making into commercial strategies and deal structures.
• Ensure trading activities comply with internal mandates, regulatory obligations, and contracts.
• Provide expert direction on market risk parameters, stress testing, and portfolio sensitivity.
