Job summary

Qualifications

5+ years field service experience on board vessels.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Experience with marine mechanical and electrical systems.
Experience in international contexts and cross-cultural collaboration.
Experience with CRM systems and planning tools.

Responsibilities

Perform planned service, commissioning, and troubleshooting for Alfa Laval systems on board vessels.
Travel domestically and internationally to service jobs, including possible vessel sailings.
Document all work and ensure service reports are signed by customers.
Provide training to peers and customers and develop training materials.
Identify potential improvements and sales leads and share information with the organization.
