Job summary

You will partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to build scalable analytics products, define executive dashboards and KPI frameworks, and foster enterprise adoption across the global manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant analytics or engineering field.
• 8+ years of analytics, BI, or manufacturing analytics experience.
• Experience designing executive dashboards and KPI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own the Manufacturing Control Tower insight portfolio and roadmap.
• Lead executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytics solutions.
• Translate business priorities into scalable global analytics solutions.
• Apply analytics, statistics, and AI/ML to improve decision making.
• Drive adoption and change management across global manufacturing.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor adoption and outcomes to promote standardization.
