Job summary

Agilent Technologies Singapore is seeking an Analytics Lead to evolve the Control Tower into a global platform for visibility, decision intelligence, and execution. You will build scalable analytics products across the manufacturing network, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver executive dashboards and actionable insights.

The role requires 8+ years in analytics, strong communication with senior leaders, and a track record in driving enterprise adoption of digital capabilities.

Qualifications

8+ years of analytics, BI, or manufacturing analytics experience.
Experience designing executive dashboards and KPI frameworks.
Ability to translate business needs to scalable analytics solutions and partner with engineers/data scientists.

Responsibilities

Own the Manufacturing Control Tower insight portfolio and roadmap.
Lead design and delivery of executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and analytics solutions.
Translate priorities into scalable analytics with cross-functional teams.
Apply statistics and AI/ML to identify opportunities and forecast insights.
Drive adoption through stakeholder engagement and change management.
