Job summary

WS Audiology is seeking a skilled professional to drive global digital manufacturing transformation. You will architect end-to-end software and analytics solutions, scale automation, and embed AI into operations across sites worldwide.

Responsibilities include leading projects, digitizing production workflows, and building full‑stack apps with dashboards (Power BI, Grafana) integrated to MES, ERP and SCADA systems. Strong cross‑functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, SE, IS, IE, or related field.
• Strong full‑stack delivery of web apps.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, C#, SQL, Spark, JavaScript; hands‑on BI/monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead global digital transformation projects from requirements to deployment and sustain existing solutions.
• Digitize production workflows with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and IT to boost efficiency and user experience.
• Build and maintain full‑stack apps, data pipelines, and dashboards; integrate with MES/ERP/SCADA.
• Manage full software lifecycle (URS, UAT, validation, CI/CD) ensuring quality and cybersecurity compliance.
• Apply statistics to identify trends and evaluate AI use cases to improve operations.
