Job summary

Dentsu Group seeks a Senior Manager, Global Corporate Development to drive end-to-end strategic transactions and projects. You will evaluate growth options, lead M&A initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create sustained value across the portfolio.

The role requires strong financial modelling, deal execution experience, and ability to work with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Experience in corporate development, M&A, investment banking, transaction services, strategy or related deal-focused environment.
• Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and analytical capabilities.
• Deep understanding of sell-side and buy-side M&A processes, including due diligence and integration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to advise senior internal stakeholders and operate in fast-paced environments.
• CA/CFA qualifications are preferred; related deal advisory or valuation experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with advertising, media, or marketing sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio optimisation, including performance assessments, divestiture evaluations, and value-creation tracking.
• Contribute to strategic growth by analysing market trends and whitespace opportunities; support inorganic growth strategies.
• Collaborate with Group Functions and Global M&A teams across the lifecycle including screening, due diligence, negotiation and integration.
• Lead transaction processes from initial lead to post-completion integration for smaller transactions on buy-side and sell-side.
• Develop deal structures to maximise returns and mitigate risks.
• Prepare and review financial models, due-diligence reports, acquisition proposals, and transaction documentation.
• Review LOIs, SPAs, and legal docs to ensure accurate representation and risk mitigation.
• Oversee post-acquisition reporting, including integration checklists and performance reviews.
• Support development of M&A templates, financial models, processes and best practices.
• Evaluate past transactions to extract insights and improve future deal execution.
