Job summary
Recruitpedia Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistic Specialist to manage domestic and international shipments from the West Singapore location. The role includes coordinating movements, liaising with freight forwarders and couriers, and preparing shipping documentation in line with company procedures.
Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields, with experience in logistics or freight forwarding. Company transport is provided.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related discipline.
- Experience in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations preferred.
- Familiarity with import/export processes and shipping documentation advantageous.
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments in compliance with local and international regulations.
- Prepare merge lists for consolidated and courier shipments.
- Monitor the movement of goods and ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, and courier service providers.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documentation while ensuring compliance with company procedures.
