Qualifications

• Proficient in C/C++/Python development with Linux multi-threading/multi-processing.
• Familiar with ML and DL algorithms including reinforcement learning.
• Strong math background: probability, statistics, numerical optimization; data-driven problem solving.
• Experience with big data frameworks such as Flink/Spark/Hive.

Responsibilities

• Build prediction and uplift models to enhance LIVE feature intelligence.
• Mine and analyze data to improve ROI for LIVE streamer and watcher experiences.
• Analyze user and system data to optimize user experience and product performance.
• Contribute to growth strategies and cold-start solutions across the live ecosystem.
