Job summary
Pacific Life Re is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives across our global organisation. You will manage infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, workplace technology, data centres and enterprise applications to support growth and operational resilience.

Qualifications
- 10+ years delivering complex technology projects.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide technology transformations.
- Experience with infrastructure, cloud, security, workplace tech, data centres or enterprise apps.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, governance and risk management.
- Ability to lead cross-functional, geographically distributed teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large technology projects from concept to BAU.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs and governance artefacts.
- Coordinate cross-regional teams across time zones.
- Communicate progress to executives and stakeholders.
