In this internship, you will have the opportunity to work on projects and activities that support associates across the region:

• IT Support & Operations: Assist in supporting laptops, mobile devices, Microsoft 365 applications, and collaboration tools.
• Device & Asset Management: Support device deployment, user onboarding, inventory tracking, and asset lifecycle activities.
• Process Improvement: Participate in IT projects and continuous improvement, initiatives to enhance the employee technology experience.
• Documentation & Knowledge Management: Create and update user guides, knowledge articles, and operational documentation.
