Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Singapore seeks a Change Request specialist for APAC CL applications. This role focuses on post-go-live IT BAU services, change requests, and cross-team coordination.

You will manage change implementations, govern change methods, update CCD documentation, and participate in workshops. Responsibilities include timeline management, testing, user training, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of implementation/support experience with Warehouse Management System.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to governance and standardization for Change Request methods, processes, and tools.
• Review and update Change Control Documentation (CCD).
• Participate in Change Request functional and technical workshops.

• Perform configuration/validation testing and coordinate with onshore/offshore integration teams.
• Conduct key user training if required.
• Support user in test scenarios and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate production readiness and deployment activities.
• Provide go-live and hypercare support on production issues.
• Coordinate with Global Support and Integration teams in IT Product Improvement initiatives.

YOUR ROLE

This role is a non-incident support-oriented role that provides post go live business and customer related IT services, including servicing change requests and coordinating with other IT teams to deliver IT BAU services.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Specifically, you will:

1. Manage Change Request implementation and solutions of APAC CL applications, ensuring that change objectives are accomplished and in line with business objectives
2. Adhere to governance and standardization established for Change Request implementation methods, processes, and tools usage across all Change Requests
3. Review and update Change Control Documentation (CCD)
4. Participate in Change Request functional and technical workshops
5. Manage Change Request timeline, resources, cost and risk
6. Perform configuration/validation testing and facilitate onshore/offshore integration development team and perform integration testing
7. Conduct key user training, if required
8. Support user in preparing test scenarios and user acceptance test, if required
9. Coordinate production environment readiness and deployment activities
10. Provides support for go-live and hypercare on production issues
11. Coordinate with Global Support Team and Integration team in IT Product Improvement Initiative.
