Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced internal audit professional to lead and perform audits across Southeast Asia, West Asia, and Oceania. The role emphasizes risk analytics, governance improvement, and actionable reporting to senior management.

You will develop hypotheses, conduct data-driven assessments, and ensure documentation adheres to IA standards while collaborating with regional and HQ stakeholders.

Qualificações

• 4-6 years of external/internal auditing or accounting experience.
• Degree in Accounting or related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and perform internal audits across Group companies in Southeast Asia, West Asia, and Oceania.
• Develop risk hypotheses, perform data analytics and risk assessments during planning, and formulate concise, fact-based audit observations with practical recommendations during fieldwork.
• Conduct audit follow-up reviews and present audit findings and reports to senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure audit workpapers and documentation comply with Internal Audit methodology, quality standards, and reporting requirements.
• Support the continuous improvement of audit methodologies.
• Identify opportunities to leverage data analytics and technology to enhance audit effectiveness and efficiency.
• Provide advisory support to management on internal control matters, governance initiatives, and SOX-related activities, where required.
• Collaborate with regional and headquarters stakeholders to promote best practices in risk management, governance, and internal controls.
