Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a Senior IT Audit Manager to join our Risk Management team. You will lead end-to-end IT audit engagements and support US SOX testing, ISO27001, and SOC audits to ensure effective internal controls and regulatory compliance.

Hire will focus on IT risk assessment, ITGC/ITAC audits, and cross-functional collaboration with IT and business units to drive governance maturity and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in IT, CS, accounting, finance or related field.
• 4–6 years of IT audit, cybersecurity, or GRC experience.
• Strong knowledge of ITGCs and ITACs audits.
• Professional certifications like CIA, CISA, CISSP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT risk assessments across IT infrastructure, cloud, data governance, cybersecurity and apps.
• Maintain strong understanding of ITACs and impact on business processes.
• Collaborate with IT on system changes; clarify ownership of systems and controls.
• Contribute to improving control environment, governance maturity and digital enablement.
• Identify risks from process changes, system integrations, and automation; support governance forums.
